FORM is a unique, boutique Lagree studio where a community can inspire and motivate each other through fitness, and, at the same time, FORM gives back to local and overlooked charities. We’re all about feeling good and doing good – what’s better than that?
We got five on it
For each class you take, $5 goes back to the community. After your class, you’ll be asked to choose between one of the five local charities we’re supporting that quarter. At the end of each quarter, the charity with the most pink $5 dollar bills will receive the majority of the donation.

The Lagree Method is a full body workout that blends elements of pilates, slow-paced cardio training and weight-bearing activity to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind method.
