What should I wear to class?

Please wear comfortable clothes that you’re able to move easily in. Grip socks are required while on the Megaformer. If you don’t have any, we sell super cool ones at the studio. You can also find them at any sports equipment store. We encourage folks to leave their jewelry with their belongings to avoid tear to the machine.

What should I bring (and not bring) to class?

Bring plenty of water (no glass, please). If you forget, we do offer bottled water. Don’t forget your grip socks. They’ll help you hold those tough positions. We do provide baskets for all your personal items where we encourage folks to keep their cell phones. Towels will be provided as well.

When should I arrive to class?

Please arrive 15 minutes before class so you can be given a Megaformer overview and meet all of your new FORM friends. We expect to get started right on the dot so don’t be late!

Where should I park?

Parking is available in the back courtyard, as well as along side of Hemphill Street and Union Street.

What is the cancelation policy?

If you aren’t able to make the class, please cancel at least 10 hours before your scheduled class. If we don’t end up seeing you, you are considered a late cancel. The fee for a late cancelation is $20.

What happens to my spot if I am late to class?

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be given to a standby client. It is very important that you arrive on time to class so that you receive the full workout and do not disrupt class.

I have never worked out before; will I be able to do the class?

Yes! This is a challenging workout for everyone, beginners and advanced. Be okay with being uncomfortable and embrace the shake. FORM is a 45-minute-high intensity, low impact workout. You might find yourself pushing your limits, but our lagree-certified FORM instructors are here to modify and assist in giving you the ultimate workout.

I am in great shape; will this workout challenge me?

You bet. With the Lagree Method and use of the Megaformer, there are ways to modify and challenge each person to the highest of their abilities.

How many days a week should I come to class?

FORM’s workout is designed to fatigue your muscles so that you receive the maximum results. In order to do this, it is important for your body to recover. Everyone’s body recovers at a different pace depending on your fitness level and nutritional routine. We recommend taking class 3-4 times a week, but some clients love the workout so much they come 5 times a week. The most important thing is to listen to your body and let your muscles rebuild so you can see the amazing changes.

When will I start to see results?

Everyone’s body reacts differently, typically you can begin to see results after 3 classes.

Can I take classes while pregnant?

Absolutely! At FORM, we have modifications for pregnancy. Ultimately, we recommend you listen to your body and do what feels safe.

Can you explain the Lagree lingo?

The lingo is going to be different but don’t let it discourage you. Eventually it will become your new lingo.
