A purpose-driven, pilates-inspired, place for women.

FORM is a unique, boutique Lagree studio where a community of women can inspire and motivate each other through fitness. And, at the same time, gives back to local and overlooked charities. We’re all about feeling good and doing good – what’s better than that?


We got five on it

For each class you take, $5 is going to go back to the community. Each class, you’ll get to choose between one of the five local charities we’re supporting that quarter. At the end of the quarter, the charity with the most pink $5 dollar bills will receive the total donation.

The Lagree Method is a full body workout that blends together elements of pilates, slow-paced cardio training and weight-bearing activity to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind method. You’ll noitice a change in your bod after 3 consecutive classes, and (on average) each class will burn 700 calories in just 45 minutes. You’ll love the burn – it’s so empowering.
